Business Law

Whether you are looking to establish a new business or have been in business for years, Cloud Legal, LLC offers a variety of services to assist you. Some of these services are helping you choose the appropriate business structure (e.g., corporation, LLC, partnership), drafting or reviewing proposed contracts, and even advising regarding employment-related issues.

Children's Issues

Cloud Legal, LLC is available to assist with a wide range of issues related to children, including:

  • Guardianships
  • Grandparent visitation
  • Juvenile delinquency
  • School discipline
  • Special education

Estate Planning and Probate

While no one wants to think about dying, it is something that will happen to us all. A well-implemented estate plan can provide your loved ones with some peace of mind after you are gone. Cloud Legal, LLC offers a full range of estate planning services, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, appointments of health care representatives, and living wills. And when the time comes, Cloud Legal, LLC can help guide your designated representatives in ensuring your estate plan is carried out as you desired.

Everyone makes mistakes. Sometimes those mistakes result in an arrest or even a conviction. If your arrest never resulted in a conviction or if you were convicted of a crime but have completed your sentence and stayed out of trouble long enough, you may be eligible to have your previous arrests/convictions erased from your record. Cloud Legal, LLC can assist you in determining if you are eligible for an expungement and guide you through the process if you qualify.

Pre- & Post-Nuptial Agreements

Good financial planning requires that you make smart decisions about your finances. For some couples, this means reaching a financial agreement about your assets, debts, and other marital obligations in the event of divorce or even death. These agreements can be made either before the marriage (prenuptial agreement) or after (postnuptial agreement). If you are interested in such an agreement, Cloud Legal, LLC can help.

Social Security Disability

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has very specific definitions about whether a claimant is "disabled." The fact is that many disabled Indiana workers are initially denied Social Security disability benefits for which they qualify under the law. Cloud Legal, LLC can assist you in applying for benefits so you have the best chance possible to qualify or we can help you appeal if you have already been denied.

Specialized Driving Privileges

Being without a valid driver’s license drastically affects your life and inhibits your ability to perform even the most basic tasks. If your Indiana driver's license is currently under suspension either by the BMV or by an Indiana Court, you may be eligible to receive specialized driving privileges (previously known as a hardship license) that will allow you to drive under certain restrictions, like back and forth to work or school, during specified hours, or with an ignition lock device. Cloud Legal, LLC can help you determine if you are eligible to request such privileges and assist you in pursing them.

Uncontested Divorce

In a simple uncontested divorce, one spouse retains an attorney to draft all of the documents. If you and your spouse can work together to agree on the terms of your divorce (including property division, child custody, and child support), an uncontested divorce is a cost-effective way to work through the divorce process.
