Cloud Legal, LLC Operating Procedure

To our Cloud Legal clients and friends,


As a provider of essential services per Indiana’s Stay-at-Home executive order, we are continuing to provide legal services. However, at this time we are operating solely on a phone/virtual basis unless absolutely otherwise necessary. Many of our clients fall into the high-risk groups for COVID-19 and we are not willing to take the chance of increasing their exposure to this disease.


In most cases, this change should not cause any disruption in our providing services to you. We have many clients who never step foot in the office, even when there is not a global pandemic. If there is a need to exchange documents, we have a secure client portal where we can share these with each other. Many documents that require signature can be handled electronically as well. For documents that require in-person signature and/or notarization, we will make arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Payments via credit card and electronic check can be made via the client portal. Payment by cash or check can be put in the drop box outside our office.


Despite the altered procedures, we will continue to do our very best to give you the same level of customer service as always.
